Founded in 2002, Tivoli is a well established joinery and furniture company, dedicated to the art and craft of fine carpentry. With over 20 years of experience in the interior joinery industry of China, Tivoli fully involved in both domestic and export markets. Our footprints has not only covered the mainland of China, but also spread all over the world, especially in the US, Europe, Hong Kong and Australia.
With continuous demands and business growth, Tivoli has expanded its production capacity 3 folds in 2019. There are now 2 factories, together we are able to fabricate 900 full apartment of joinery per month. The original factory in Dongguan, which has been in operation for over 10 years, can produce 300 apartment per month. The new set-up located in Huizhou, 15kms away from original factory, can produce 600 apartments per month by end of 2019.
With our self-owned manufacturing facilities, local warehousing storage ability, we ensure our clients are provided with the most cost-effective joinery solutions, and most importantly, delivery is always on time.
Prototype/pre-production and samples approval is always important. We will submit samples’ data sheet/tests/certificates for clients’ approval. Prototype Inspection will take place before mass production to avoid any potential problems.
Invite client to our China factory for assessment.
Ship prototype to Australia for the inspection with appliances, countertops fit out.
Provide a detail prototype inspection report to client.
Ensure correctness of all colours, structures and details etc.
Strict QA system is pragmatic for any overseas procurement. Our export QA is carried out by qualified QC team whom knows the Australian standards very well.
QA starts from raw material and outsourcing materials inspection; our QA would stay in suppliers’ factory to ensure products quality and meeting timeline.
We random check all work and procedures, prepare inspection reports as requested and always preinstall some units before final shipment.
Our solid export experience is built on good foundation with export logistics partners. We transport, distribute, second handle your goods to any location appointed.
We can facilitate your needs on warehousing and storage when needed.
Tivoli operates joinery supply and installations differently from others in the market since we have full power in managing our own factory, we aim to tackle all issues from the beginning, including but not limited to just fabrication.
Our project management system focuses on efforts to help installers on technical know-how on installation efficiency, products labelling, palletizing and packaging. While on-site, we demand on real-time defects/missing items reporting, fast and accurate replacement reordering process.
Our project manager as well as the site manager/coordinator will be the site’s key contact for all site ad-hoc issues. We will resolve issues quickly with mutual undertaking from all parties without delays, This is also the key philosophy in Tivoli’s project management. We project manage each jobs to help installers achieve their best efficiency and at same time meeting the builders’ project time-line.
Here are some snapshots of our anchored local factory. Potentially we can fabricate small bespoke projects locally, and most importantly we use them for defects contingency to compliment our supplies when needed.
Stone, timber, 2Pac spraying and most of the joinery components are in-house managed in order to ensure successful handover of all projects.
